My recent stay at Novotel was a mixed experience. The hotel's modern facilities, like the fitness suite and sun terrace, catered to my active lifestyle. The open-plan spaces provided a warm environment for relaxation, although the renovated rooms felt a bit cramped. The staff's service was a mixed bag, with some being exceptional while others lacking enthusiasm. Despite the dated appearance of the hotel, the serene location near the center allowed for a peaceful retreat.What stood out was the spa services that offered a much-needed escape, where I indulged in a calming massage. The tranquil environment of the hotel provided a perfect backdrop for unwinding after a day of adventure in the French Alps. While the business facilities and safety features were adequate, it was the leisure facilities like the fitness center that truly enhanced my stay. Novotel offers a decent retreat for those seeking a balance of relaxation and activity.
